Just Trading of Wallingford Ltd is a workers’ co-operative which aims to make it easier for people to trade fairly with producers and adopt a healthier, more sustainable lifestyle.

We supply high quality organic and/or fair trade food, adult's and children's clothes, gifts, household consumables, toiletries, paper products and now locally baked bread (on Saturdays only).

We sell food, gifts and Christmas cards from Traidcraft, jewellery made from recycled glass, brass and plastic from Ghana, wooden tools from Nether Wallop and clothes from Peru made from organic cotton that is naturally coloured. Our groceries are organic or fairly traded or both. Saturday is bread day, with a range of fresh bread made with local, organic and fair trade ingredients by The Bun House, a local craft bakery.

Buying organic rice, oats, beans, nuts, seeds and dried fruit from our sacks keeps the prices way down, often below the cost of equivalent non-organic goods. The quality and taste are superb and, of course, packaging is minimal - especially if you bring your own container.

If you bring your empty container, you can refill it very cheaply from our bulk containers of environment-friendly washing-up and laundry liquid - plus a range of other Ecover and Bio-D household liquids.

We also stock recycled paper and an exciting range of stationery made out of old computers, plastic cups or car tyres.

Children's clothes include the popular C4C range designed for use with real nappies - we have information about those too.
